Dr. Kouchi is an overall good quality dentist. His technique surpasses many of the dentists that I had gone to in the past. He has done many of my composite fillings and some CERECs. What I particularly like is his efficiency and confidence of technique. It was neat to see him administer computer-controlled anesthesia instead of the traditional (and quite frightening dentist syringe). His staff is quite friendly and chatty. The only cons I can think of are: more expensive than most (does not accept HMSA), limited appointment times, and sometimes I feel like there isn't time in the appointment to ask more detailed questions about the procedure.
