Cost differed immensely from what she advertised outside and what was actually billed. She seemed rather aloof to the fact that customers are putting an effort in and paying money to do so. Apparently asking questions was a burden at her office. I had to contact my insurance company multiple times to get billed correctly. I went in for a final payment and suddenly I'm saddled with a collections letter a few weeks later. As for the procedures, the dentures are rather horrible and flimsy. For the treatment plan, she seems to want what would maximize her profit as opposed to help the patient.

wonderful wonderful wonderful. Dentures in no time. Everything fit well and when there were small problems with my fit (everyone has a few sore spots) she was quick to remedy them.

Routine check ups, fillings Dr. Wasko isn't the most pleasant person. She is more into making money and making her staff feel inadequater more so than providing a comfortable environment for her clientel. I felt very intimidated by her lack of concern when I voiced some fears and issues that I have about dentists. I wouldn't go back if I had major dental work done. The only reason I do go back is because I do like most of the dental hygienists. They are very caring and sweet.

About Hygienist: love most of them.... and that is the only reason I go back...

Dr, did my top and bottom dentures and the bottom did not fit right. I went back and she redid the bottom denture and it still did not fit right. She made me feel like I was the problem and not her. She said I already replaced them once. I said I never asked you to replaceade them I just said they were loose. I have worn dentures for thirty years. Her father did the bottom dentures I am wearing now and have been for past fifteen years. They fit fine when PolyGrip is applied and last about five hours. The bottom dentures Karen did last on average about 1 hour and half using poly grip. In frustration I wrote her a letter in longhand and asked her for help. I never even got an answer. As a result I do not wear the new teeth and am wearing the old ones her deceased father did twenty years ago. I found her to be very aggressive, and difficult to get along with when I was having trouble with my teeth fitting. When everything was going ok in the beginning she was fine. End result is I wasted 750.00 dollars for a set of teeth, and am still wearing the set her late father made for me over fifteen years ago. They fit better than the ones Dr. Karen Wasko made. Very unhappy and would never go back. Name: Andrew Farley, retired police off

Some of the staff are very nice, but there a few that like to talk behind the counter about people.. I dont belive they even knew I was in the waiting room and I over heard them talking about a person that was coming later in the day who had AIDS and they said make sure you remove the candy bowl and clean anything that person touch. The DR wasko did my work and her hands where shaking most of the time and she had to take a number of breaks I come to later find out from my 6 visits there (because i had to pay cash upfront) she had hand surgry and she need to take pain pills to help keep her hands steady. Now there was one girl who worked there Named Steph I belive that was her name she was a doll she helped me with every thing i needed even called me when the office was closed to help me out she was a real charm.

I went to this doctor because I had a bridge at the front of my mouth because I was in a car accident. The bridge would not hold any longer. I wanted to see if I could have a partial made to replace the bridge.Dr. Wasko was very abrupt with me. She said that I had a million dollar mouth because I had had a lot of dental work. She also said that I would never tolerate a partial. She went on to say that I would need all of this work. I told her that I was now on disability because I had had surgery and no longer had dental insurance. I was in tears. She left the room were she was examining me and never came back in. She didn't want to hear about my situation. She charged me $100.00 for all the stress that she caused me. I found that entire experience unethical. Her office staff had good customer service but she certainly didn't care about my situation or feelings. How did she think she could get money out of someone on disability. She would have been better off just saying that she couldn't help me.

for 29 years I was frightened by the idea of a dentist, however I knew I needed some extensive work. I finally went to Dr. Wasko's and her friendly staff made my experience personable and comfortable. i opted to get implants and could not be happier with the results. I strongly recommend Dr.Wasko and applaude her helpful staff.

I don't trust Dr. Wasko. I went to her some years ago for a checkup; she sent me to a periodontist, which resulted in a terrifying round of surgery for which I wasn't properly anesthetized. But I digress. Dr. Wasko informed me prior to my gum surgery that a partial bridge I have had to be replaced. It cost me $375 out of my own pocket to have this bridge made; it was to be placed after my periodontal surgery. Unfortunately, after the surgery, I went back to Dr. Wasko's office and had a panic attack right there in the chair. She refused to treat me, then and in the future, suggesting I instead use a dentist who offers nitrous oxide. Frankly, it was a good suggestion, which I followed up on. The new dentist looked in my mouth, looked at the existing bridgework, and said "does this bridge bother you in some way? Does it hurt?" The bridge had never bothered me, and I said as much. He then said, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I see no reason to replace your bridgework." So, in my living room closet, I have a $375 monument to Dr. Wasko's greed and my own stupidity.
