Always a terrific experience, I always feel like I get the very best care from Dr. Bourjaily and team. Today I had dental hygienist Jen clean my teeth, one of the very best cleanings I've ever had, she's proficient, sufficiently gentle and I left with shiny smooth sparkly teeth! Rose at the front desk always takes the best care of me too. Perfect pleasant experience overall...as good as it gets for dental care....Correction -- BETTER!!

Are all these positive reviews done by staff???? This dentist, in my opinion is very poor!! He put a crown in for me that turned out to be awful. In addition, his hygienists have terrible attitudes. They don't realize they have jobs because of patients. So keep your snotty attitudes to yourself and don't try to ruin my day by your miserable lives. Oh yeah, the office is right across from the Village apartments, a complex that resembles the worst areas of Detroit. Once, I arrived to my appointment with 3 males loitering outside the dental office with their pants down to their knees and begging for money.

we have been going to Dr.B. for 21 years, and there isn't anyone else I would ever go to. I have 2 cousins who are also dentists and I prefer Dr. B. Prior to going to Dr. B and his staff, I would be extremely nervous and anxious about my upcoming appt., and actually put off my appt. , I don't feel that way at all. I feel so comfortable with Shannon, Rose, Tammy, Jan and Dr. B. They all care about you and your well-being. The Dr. and staff are extremely professional, but so human, they are like part of a family. If I have ever needed an urgent appt., I was taken immediately. I have referred many people to Dr. B. and his staff, that's the best recommendation you can have.

Our family has been going to Dr.Bourjaily for over 20 years. We have 4 children who have grown up seeing him. In fact 2 of our children still live in the area and see him. He and his staff are wonderful. There is a real connection. They remember things and always ask about our family. I am a real coward and he has been very understanding and patient with me. His hygenist Shannon and receptionist Rose are wonderful His assistant Tammy is great too!. Was just there last week and am very happy with the care I received. Would recommend Dr.Bourjaily and his office to everyone.

Dr. Bourjaily knows what a chicken I am when it comes to dentisitry. He makes me comfortable at every visit. The office staff is very friendly. I have recommended him to many friends and family in the past.
About Hygienist: Shannon is the best. She is very thorough. I always find it amazing that she remembers events in my life and will ask about them.

Dr. Bourjaily has been my dentist for many years. He has repaired a few fillings that I have had since I was a child and has also filled a couple of new cavities without any problems or pain. When my children needed some tooth extractions for orthodontic reasons he was able to do them in his office without any problem. He and his staff have a great chair-side manner. I highly recommend this office to everyone!!
About Hygienist: Shannon has been cleaning my teeth for many years. She is very meticulous and takes her time. My children never feared having their teeth cleaned and still see her now that they are adults.

Dr. Bourjaily was highly recommended to me by a co-worker when I moved to this area more than 12 years ago. Dental coward that I am, I was looking for someone who would consider my comfort first. Everything I need is found at this office.
I have had regular exams and dental work such as fillings, root canals, crowns, and a couple bridges over the years and would recommend him to anyone. His chair-side manner is professional; he listens - which is important to me; he is very thorough in his examination.
The staff is knowlegable about insurance coverage, as well, and more than willing to go the extra steps to meet a need when questions are asked.
In addition to everyone's professional courtesy, I've never had to wait more than five minutes for a scheduled appointment. The staff understand that your time is valuable.
About Hygienist: Also, my regular cleanings are made much easier by Shannon T. who gives a thorough cleaning with a gentle touch and kind manner. She's an experienced hygienist who will make your mouth feel clean and refreshed.

I have been going to Dr. Bourjaily since I was 3 years old. I now take my own children to see him. He is an excellent dentist and has a friendly, knowledgable staff. I would recommend him to anyone.
